The owner is as nice as can be. He will work with you and very reasonable in prices. He also builds outdoor furniture at a reasonable price. I know my stuff is safe. He lives there on property. I have had my stuff there for 3 yrs. NEVER A PROBLEM. I would suggest damprid. These storages are not climate control and Mo. Has a lot of moisture in the air
