Not even 1 star. Cockroaches! Dirty dresser drawers even brown water in one of them. Some idiot painted the inside of the bathtub with houseplants! It's all peeling off. Had to go buy steel wool to try to scratch it all off in order to use it. The bathroom floor and dressing area floor is filthy. The tiny fridge is lopsided. The tv didnt work and some of the other tenants are on drugs and drunks who ask for hand outs daily. Big mistake. I'll never come here again!!
If the perm tenants wouldn't let their dogs poop all over the place, I would have given it four stars. They do have some plumbing issues as well. But the staff there do a great job in trying to keep the place up.
So Far So Good it dont have a good view of the lake but you can see it the rooms are older but its clean and the bed is comfy
Dirty and bugs. Rough people live there.
